From the United States. Verified Purchase. This was an unwise purchase. Maybe I just lack common sense how to follow instructions. Box contains only a single sheet paper with advertisement on it and has a tape with a code on the box and contents have no instructions how to download product. The instructions direct you to their web page and there the only option given is to make a new purchase for an upgrade or to purchase the product again!

I called customer service and learned there is no custody service. The recording directs you to press one key after another key and then you are directed to return to the main page. I spent over one hour trying to get customer service or trying to find a remedy online. I was done after 60 minutes.

I just lacked the mental requisites to meet the match. This was a poor decision to make this purchase. I returned the product and Amazon is great with their instructions on how to return products. I am a developer myself and I’ve been continuously surprised at all thoughtful features built in. Has lots of short cuts and time saving features like reconnecting drives you for automatically, etc.

Checking email and surfing I use Mac, but I use Windows for code development and daily and frequent business tasks, sometimes Linux, so Parallels has been an absolute time saver for me otherwise it’s booting back and forth with Bootcamp. Would gladly have paid 2x for this software. I have no need to have documents created This was a disaster. The subscription model is not valid for this type of product when the alternative, Boot Camp is so much better.

I have no need to have documents created on my Mac show up on a windows desk top. That would be the only reason I would recommend this product. It does work – but the overhead is too large slowing down the computer dramatic. In Boot Camp its as fast as any PC. Fortunately the copy of Windows I had purchased transferred over to Boot Camp and is working perfect.

Complete waste of money Could never get the program to work, despite consulting the website on numerous occasions for support. I tried both methods of transfer: over my local network, which wouldn’t even begin to work–it would “error out” without any information transferred at all. I also tried transfer via an external storage device. Somewhat better results, here–the transfer would proceed, but I would get down to 30 minutes remaining and the program would fail to complete.

Tried to consult on-line support As a matter of fact, NONE of the links for support or contact would work–I would receive an error message stating that the page had moved or was unavailable. I’ll be trying some other product. Well, I don’t know if it is just me and my lack of proficiency with PCs or what, but I still can’t get Windows to operate dependably on my MacBook Pro.
