Microsoft access 2016 data entry form free download

I do not know how the ID field in the Individual table can cross over to the Member ID in the Address table so that I can enter the address for Member ID 1 without having to type the number 1 in that field. I have tried subforms with the tab control.
This seems to work but I could not do data entry. I created a data entry form for the Individual table and a data entry form for the Address table and used navigation buttons to go to each form but the Member ID does not cross over.
I may be making this harder than it is but I can’t find any solution in the videos that I had watched. This thread is locked.
